Living in the land of pampas grasses, gauchos, Peruvian pasos and so much more – it can’t get much better, can it?

I loved my weekend in Uruguay but it is so nice to be back on the estancia, and for my day off I took advantage of spending the day cattle herding, and treating the calves.
